When you are never hungry, eating enough is the hard part. KeepDose leads with a protein floor, not a calorie cap.
KeepDose records what you enter. It never suggests a dose, a site or a change. Those calls are yours and your prescriber's.
Log a shot and tap the spot. Your last eight doses sit on the figure, darkest most recent, with the site that has rested longest ringed. No other GLP-1 app pictures it.
Weekly, daily, or every few days. Type your dose exactly as written. KeepDose shows the next dose day, keeps the history, and says plainly when a scheduled dose was not logged.

If your prescriber has set a taper, enter their plan: each step's dose and start date. KeepDose shows the step you are on and logs against it. It never creates or changes a taper.

A daily protein floor set from your weight, shown as the figure filling up. Fiber and water sit beside it. Calories are there for reference, never as a target.

Short sessions with body weight or a band, two or three times a week. Four moves, two rounds, a timer that waits when you pause. Small enough to do on a low-energy day.

Your weight trend with dose days marked, side effects by day since your dose, and protein week by week. One tap turns your log into a PDF for your next appointment.

Log nausea, fatigue and more in seconds. See which days after a dose are hardest.
For daily pills, KeepDose shows when your own wait before eating ends.
Optional. Reads your weight and body composition, and saves what you log.
Type "two eggs and toast" and KeepDose finds the foods. It never guesses when it is unsure.
A glass at a time, toward the target you set.
Warm by day, espresso by night. KeepDose follows your phone.
Your doses, meals and symptoms are some of the most personal data you have. KeepDose keeps them on your iPhone, where only you can see them.
The dose log is free, and stays free.
No trial, no time limit.
7 days free, then yearly. Or $12.99 a month. Cancel anytime.
No. KeepDose is a log. It records the doses, meals and symptoms you enter and shows them back to you clearly. It never suggests a dose, an injection site, a change or a stop. Those decisions belong to you and your prescriber. If something worries you, contact your prescriber, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.
GLP-1 shots and pills, taken weekly, daily or every few days, including semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide, and compounded versions. You type your dose exactly as it was written for you, and set your own schedule.
No. There is no sign-up and no password. Your log is stored on your iPhone and in your own device backup. If you delete the app, the log goes with it unless your backup has a copy.
Yes, if you want it to. KeepDose can read your weight and body composition from Apple Health, and save the weight, protein, fiber, water and strength sessions you log. You can turn this on or off at any time in Settings.
The dose log, schedule, injection sites, targets, food search, weight, side effects and photos are free with no time limit. Premium adds barcode and describe-a-meal logging, insights, the doctor report, strength minis and the taper log, for $49.99 a year after a 7-day free trial, or $12.99 a month.
If your prescriber sets a taper, KeepDose follows the plan you enter. When you stop, your log stays yours. Our sister app KeepTrim is built for the months after a GLP-1, with a weight band and a ten-second daily check-in.
